Syling issues selecting a folder "From the CMS" when inserting image in TinyMCE #1983

Using latest SilverStripe 3.1.x-dev.

The "(Choose)" text has been pushed down away from the tree input, and the button for opening the tree is too long.

Raised in framework as it affects HtmlEditorField, which is in the framework, not cms module.

From my testing, affects Chrome, Firefox and IE8.
