You will laugh: I was developing against quite old version of the globaltoolbar, from September. I have now reapplied the changes on the latest master. Please note that 39189e894c88f987a72cacf53d7886741586e038 introduces a regression of "links" not defined, but that's a separate issue. Will talk with @mandrew about that one - not sure what was the intention of this.
