In dev mode environments it’s quite likely that you won’t want the Raygun app key set, so this warning isn’t appropriate.

Make sense? I've pinged 3 people for reviews, but only one of them needs to 👍 it; it's a small change.

Would be good for 3.0.1 IMO.
