I think cms.png was erronously in the repo with the intention of it being used in userhelp - though the userhelp-content repo uses a different image that's in the userhelp-content repo - https://github.com/silverstripe/silverstripe-userhelp-content/blob/4/docs/en/01_Managing_your_website/04_Session_Manager.md
