FIX Handle removing Page and PageController when in separate files #46

The installer moved to creating Page and PageController in separate files for PSR-2/4 compliance semi-recently - it seems that just recently this has been causing problems in modules that don't use the CMS by not removing the PageController.

Resolves #45
