Sticky Header needs to recalculate Width #471

Using version "silverstripe/userforms": "3.1.*" The sticky header buttons need to recalculate width when opening and collapsing the Menu & SiteTree. Currently if you collapse both of these and then open it pushes the form fields off the page until you begin scrolling the gridfield.
