DOC Update userhelp references from CMS4 #175

Remove references to CMS3, remove references to CMS 4 that are not relevant, and update references from 4 to 5 where appropriate.

@sabina-talipova This PR only updates documentation - it doesn't need the master branches for other repositories. And besides which - all master branches for installer have already been created. If the docs in this PR are good, then this can just be merged any time.
