History Viewer: Diff on UploadField

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] When viewing a version of a record with versioned UploadField, I can see changes to this relationship between the two versions
• [ ] When file metadata (e.g. the title) has changed, I get an indicator on the field which links through to a detail compare view
• [ ] Works with multiple uploads, showing added and deleted items
• [ ] When the original file has been deleted from the filesystem (default behaviour in SilverStripe), I get clear communication on why I can't preview it
• [ ] When the original file is retained on the filesystem (opt-in behaviour in SilverStripe), I get a preview of this file

Notes

• Styleguide Uploadfield designs (see diff relationship fields design overview)
• For multiple uploads, this could reuse the GridField compare view to simplify the implementation?
• Does not apply to unversioned relationships
• Independant of ownership status on relationships

@sachajudd @clarkepaul @newleeland As discussed in backlog planning yesterday, I've split out this issue from the original one which now only focuses on GridField (https://github.com/silverstripe/silverstripe-versioned/issues/97). I've moved this to the UX column, since the designs indicate this is still WIP?

We are moving the WIP designs to the style guide where they can be viewed as more of a solid approach with notation. We'll update the issues with the relevant designs.
