Allow exclusion of DB tables #31

I have a bigger DB where some log tables are really big and i only want to sync other CMS / DataObject data for testing or coding.

A possibility to exclude some tables (with wildcards for versioning) would be great, perhaps in some default config files (e.g. _ss_environment.php on the server?)
