Allow back up of themes #41

Some installations may have custom themes that require backing up. Inclusion of ./themes directory would be awesome.

Themes are a part of the site code, unfortunately, not the content, and should really be committed to source control along with your custom mysite code.

sspak is designed for database and assets only, sorry. Please see other solutions for backing up or deploying code files (e.g. deploynaut).
