Resolves #55

I'd like @dmc-core to give this a test to see if it fixes his problem.

I've tested this locally by:

Reproducing the issue
Restoring a full sspak file (assets and DB) into another webroot from within a SS webroot - the current webroot assets folder gets removed
Applying this patch, testing again, current webroot remains, desired web root is updated, .old does not stick around anywhere
Tested from within the desired webroot (ie. not providing a webroot argument)

@robbieaverill that has worked as expected, running same steps to replicate results in the assets directory not being deleted. Thx.
