FIX Rewrite for best practice includes incoming link minus version. #39

Thanks Steven Anderson for reporting. Incoming link https://userhelp.silverstripe.org/en/for-website-content-editors/web-content-best-practises was returning 404. This allow for the rewrite to match with or without a version number present in the URL.

Tested on UAT. Fixes the reported issue.
