DOCS Readd user help content 4 for UAT #62

WIP until we are ready to deploy SS4 docs to prod.

hey @sachajudd I've rebased this for you (I hope correctly) - the diffs look the same, at least.

However, the version you had branched from had a requirement for version "3" which seems to have been replaced with a more specific version of "3.6"; perhaps your addition of "4" should be "4.0" and "4.1"?

Hey @dhensby, this was intentional as we are moving to major versions for user help 🙂 we are still keeping the 3.x versions for the 'Older CMS versions' drop-down.
