running ver no longer works #12

@silverwind following https://github.com/silverwind/ver/issues/10 I have now made some changes to Wikipedia Dark https://github.com/StylishThemes/Wikipedia-Dark/commits/master

upon running npm run patch 

 npm run patch

> wikipedia-dark@2.3.14 patch C:\Users\Joker\github\Wikipedia-Dark-Upstream
> ver -p patch wikipedia-dark.user.css

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17134.1069]

No files are changed.

package-lock.json exists

reverting to ver @5.1.3 works

Ive tried:

removing node_modules reinstalling via npm i recloning downgrading nodejs from 12.12.0 to 10.16.3 and retrying all the above running command in powershell admin running command via bash (MINGW64)

OS is Windows 10 pro 1803 build 17134.1069
