User Story

As a user, I want a page where I can view ALL open help request.

AC

WHEN the user is on the all open post, they should be able to view all open help request. AND all post should have a "Donate Items" button.

Development

Create an OpenPost component
Create a div with the class of OpenPost
use axios.get to get all the data from the Post Collection in firebase.
