User Story

As a user, I want the option to create a new post asking for help.

AC

WHEN Clicks on "I need Help" button, THEN A new post form will be presented to create a new help request.

Development

Create a NewPostForm component
NewPostForm will create a form asking for:
- Input field for "Brief Story"
Input field to list Items I want
Button to post object in firebase.
- Use axios.put to post in firebase.Post Collection.
