As a Donor, When I'm on the All Open Post page, I want to have an option to select a Post I want to help.

WHEN the user is on all Open post page, each card will have a Donate Items button
AND when the button is clicked, it will open an email window for the donor to email the requestor.
After the Donate button has been clicked and the donor has sent an email to the requestor,
THEN remove the post from the page.
Development
Add a onClick function to the "Donate Item" button.
This function will get the email address of the person asking for help and open an Email window.
Create a function that will get the Donor UID and this function will update firebase.helpers collection.
Take "value" of firebase.helpers.numOfHelped and add a Plus 1.
