installation doesn't work

i've tried installing with HACS and with the method described in https://github.com/silviokennecke/ha-custom-components/issues/4#issuecomment-1737954052. the modules are reachable via the URLs defined in /config/lovelace/resources. i restarted home assistant.

but every time i try to add a card i get this error: “Custom element doesn't exist: public-transport-connection-card.”
