[gui-integrate] Add a dialog to graphically select radial/azimuthal ranges #1054

There is a lot of different units, and the result is difficult to interpret. Then it could be nice to draw an image and allow to select the ranges with a ROI.

For 0.18 if there is enough time.

It should not be difficult as it is supposed to be a dialog: fixed input, fixed output, without interaction with the application.
