[roi] Support more custom style for handlers #1963

It would be nice to be able to custom

orientation (can be nice to follow a normal shape or a field of values)
size (to display some small and some big)
It could also be nice to fill them with alpha color that changing when the mouse is over (could be hard coded)

Concerning the first point, when we move markers, they can follow a user supplied path validation function. We could also add a validation "representation" accounting for the marker visuablization.

Sorry, i was talking about the rotation of the symbol. To display squares well aligned with the shape for example.
