I am not sure Intel ICD could be re-distributed, PoCL is packaged in PyPI: https://pypi.org/project/pocl-binary-distribution/

Can we consider switching from Intel driver to PoCL ?

I have nothing against it. Let's hope POCL is mature enough to be used in the CI without causing more headaches.
