Hi there,

I currently use these ESCs which I bought of flyduino 2 or 3 years ago - they are not the most recent. (Mystery/HK blue series 20A) (probably bs_nfet)

They are attached at my nanowii (Multwii) Board running an Atmega32u4 .. after I had some problems with the gyro calibration I attached a switch at the FC-Power line to power it up after everything else is smooth and stable (Copter assembled, ESC and battery plugged in). Yesterday I commited a grave mistake.

Only in about one out of ten times I could reproduce the ESC going wild .. I even took a bare Arduino Pro Micro, flashed Multwii 2.4 .. connected the ESC .. and boom .. I can reproduce it.

Link 1+2 show the going wild behaviour http://www.directupload.net/file/d/4111/xwesyf26_png.htm http://www.directupload.net/file/d/4111/i7had6tf_png.htm

Link 3+4 .. nothing happens .. like it SHOULD!! http://www.directupload.net/file/d/4111/qdql4ucs_png.htm http://www.directupload.net/file/d/4111/47bkbq7q_png.htm

What should I do now? If I can't trust that the ESCs won't start spinning If no valid PWM-Throttle signal > 1000µS is present. Throw away the ESC? Flash most recent SimonK and "hope for the best"?

Any help is appreciated

Best regards from Germany
