Add custom download folder to creatorConfigs #607

I'm following an account which, over the course of 1 year, has already changed their username 3 times. This means every time the scraper runs it will re-download the entire archive of that account into a new folder, which is unnecessary.

It would be useful if we could either add some mapping between usernames, or specify the main username download folder for a specific creator too.

The program should do that already, thats why the users.db exists to keep track of username changes
