Improvement: Migrate app to sdk 29 & Android 10 #9

In order to publish on Google Play we need to migrate the current termux Code portion to the android-10 branch as per: https://github.com/termux/termux-app/tree/android-10

A new branch will be created as with the "android-10" tag and afterwards merged in the master branch when the android-10 version is completely evaluated.
