Add extra water heater codes #44

Implemented codes for the following:

min/max temperatures
max vacation mode time
max electric mode time

Not quite sure how to decode the features code. Also trying to see if one of the codes reports the current water temperature, but I don't see that changing over time...

Can you also resolve the conflicts? I made additional changes as part of the HA implementation.

Let me know if this is looking right to you now. For point of clarification on the changelogs, the water heater itself is not geothermal. It is a hybrid with standard electric elements as well as a heat pump on top to efficiently warm the water over time.
