Installation keeps failing and giving the authentication failure message. From reviewing other submitted issues it seems that the authentication does not like special characters in the password, however, GE requires a special character in the password. I'm using an ! currently. Is there a partucular special character that will fulfill the GE requirement and still allow the integration to get past the authentication?
Problem solved. I found another issue report that suggested logging out and back in on the smartphone app which prompted for acceptance of the EULA and after accepting, authentication worked.
