No updates when editing the JSON file directly #3

In the UG, it was stated that "Advanced users are welcome to update data directly by editing that data file.". however, when editing the JSON file directly and removing Alex Yeos tag to remove the "pastTA" tag - saving the file, and after executing a list command, the "pastTA" tag reappears, meaning that I cant make changes to the JSON file directly (or it doesnt update yet)

Team's Response

We think that the UG is ambiguous here and would like to file this as a documentation bug. Editing the JSON file is supported as mentioned in the UG, however, only when the application is not open. Therefore, we want to file this as a documentation bug.

Items for the Tester to Verify

 Issue type

Team chose [type.DocumentationBug] Originally [type.FeatureFlaw]

Reason for disagreement: [replace this with your explanation]

## Issue severity Team chose [`severity.VeryLow`] Originally [`severity.Medium`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** I would argue that it should be of a `low` severity, but not `verylow`. `verylow` severities belong only to cosmetic issues. This is evidently more than just a cosmetic issue. Should then be `low` as its "A flaw that is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product." - since only a select few advanced users may actually edit the json file directly
