At Simbi's peak, it had orders of magnitude more regular usage, but most old members haven't been communicated with in 2 or more years. We need a plan to start pulling those folks back.

Do we have any documention about the first generation users? Any studies with clues to why they found it engaging? Why the die off?

Right now, I am imagining a published roadmap. A bold vision for Simbi that could be attractive to folks who haven't been active in a while. How could we tie their increased activity to advancements in the environment?

I came back after being away. I did, because I still believed in Simbi, and the vast potentiality of the space. I overdid it a little with the group spams, but still, I was able to get myself on two of the leaderboards without working terribly hard.

What if we offered a service to help promote services? I kind of pulled that one out. I mean, could there be a way offer a new kind of experience somehow?

More than once my mind has gone to Craigslist. Simple, effective search. I really want to boost the means for creating connections on the sight. Maybe that will be in machine learning or AI, or maybe just more advanced searching.

My instinct tells me to keep everything real personal, and real community. Maybe create a new issue in here for a campaign of building enthusiasm and momentum. I wish I knew how to create great animated videos. 30 seconds can tell a lot of story.

OK, that's enough for now. :-)
