• Vet Profile Search
  • Should we offer the ability to directly contact a veterinarian from the vet profile search page?
  • Add the ability to filter between “all” and “online” veterinarians… or just show online / available vet’s first?
• Vet Profile Search and Vet Profile Page
  • We should use our own in-app rating system for rating a veterinarian, rather likes on FB right? However, if the pet owners like the Vet via our app and it shares to their friend's list, we may gain additional users.
• Vet Profile Page
  • Too large of a photo on their profile; let's stick with the oval images only.
  • Should we add more to the Vet's profile (e.g. education)... We can also allow Vets to add their specialities on their profiles - here's the list of specialties veterinarians can have.
  • Change "Call" to "Contact", because it will give users more than just the option to call the Vet, such as: book an appointment, ask a question, or contact for an emergency.
• Homepage
  • Remove search from homepage… have it only on the vet profile search page and animal hospital search page.
  • Bold icon and "Emergency" text.

Vet Profile Search

Should we offer the ability to directly contact a veterinarian from the vet profile search page? [Naveen]: No, I don't think so, we just need to give user a way to use Vet's calendar and make a reservation. Just a thought " we can provide a calling feature for premier customers, in-app purchase",

Add the ability to filter between “all” and “online” veterinarians… or just show online / available vet’s first? [Naveen]: By default we will apply "all" filter, if user wants to see only "online" vets he can do that from filter.

Vet Profile Search and Vet Profile Page

We should use our own in-app rating system for rating a veterinarian, rather likes on FB right? [Naveen]: Yes, our in app rating system only. But I have a question here, when user comes for the first time, he would see empty ratings for all the vet's. How shall we handle this. Pull ratings from FB ?

However, if the pet owners like the Vet via our app and it shares to their friend's list, we may gain additional users. [Naveen]: Yes, something like "invite friends" to use this app.

Vet Profile Page

Too large of a photo on their profile; let's stick with the oval images only. Should we add more to the Vet's profile (e.g. education)... We can also allow Vets to add their specialties on their profiles - here's the list of specialties veterinarians can have. [Naveen]: Yeah, the large image is something new I picked from the latest material design for cards:

@naveen09 Regarding the large rich media image, I just don't think it fits in with the UX we're trying to achieve - at least not right now.

Everything else sounds good though.
