How could we get the details on production mode? #35

Would you please let us know how could we get the following details on 
production mode:

email = 
password = 
userAgent = 
applicationToken = 
developerToken = 
clientId = 

Do we need a MCC account for developerToken and applicationToken?
Plus We have an Adwords account and some campaigns are running. Do we need to 
create a separate MCC account to use as we want the functionality through our 
site admin?

Please suggest.

You can register for API access using the steps outlined here:
