Which version of PHP are you using?
5.3.6-13ubuntu3.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Using info service with apiUsageType = 'UNIT_COUNT_FOR_CLIENTS' with other 
timezone than server one

What is the expected output? 
User customer ID 

What do you see instead?
ApiUsageError.INVALID_DATE_RANGE @ selector.dateRange
