TIS SEARCH_VOLUME Give wrong results #82

Which version of the library are you using?
v201209

Which version of PHP are you using?
5.3.10-1ubuntu3.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
After running GetKeywordIdeas.php example and than check with keywords tool 
giving me wrong stats.
I am running this three keywords for global monthly searches.
'mars cruise','cheap cruise','cruise'.

Migration guide is said The new SEARCH_VOLUME is equivalent to 
GLOBAL_MONTHLY_SEARCHES when no LocationSearchParameter and 
LanguageSearchParameter are specified, on the flip side SEARCH_VOLUME is 
equivalent to AVERAGE_TARGETED_MONTHLY_SEARCHES if a language and/or a location 
is required.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Attached csv file from adwords keywords tool result.

Please provide any additional information below.
I am attaching example that i am running. and finding this result.
Keyword idea with text 'mars cruise', category IDs (10153, 10017), Competition 
(0.283) and average monthly search volume '0' was found. Keyword idea with text 
'cheap cruise', category IDs (10150, 10153, 10017), Competition (0.963) and 
average monthly search volume '12100' was found. 
Keyword idea with text 'cruise', category IDs (10150, 10153, 10017), 
Competition (0.861) and average monthly search volume '550000' was found.
