Improve README

• Please describe the package, what is it about? There is nothing at the top of the package explaining it.
• Please list all extensions. The readme says "On this page you can find some of the extensions. Take a look at the docs to see all of them." Why not list all? What do you mean by "the docs"? The API reference? That does not give me a good overview, there are too many helper classes, and I cannot easily guess the usages from their names. You already did a great job describing some in the the readme!! Please just do exactly this for all extensions!

I don't think I'm the right person here. Not because I don't want to or try to be unhelpful or mean, but because a) I have only a vague idea about what this package is (handy helper extensions?) and I also think that this should be the (prideful) responsibility of the package owner and b) even if I would create a list and examples of all the extensions then would it also be my duty to keep it up to date? Again, the responsibility of the owner (or anyone adding a new extension) IMHO. I have my own packages and there I see it as my responsibility, too.
