Toggle the effects using keyboard commands #10

It should be possible to use keyboard commands to toggle the effects. This is because the user may want to temporarily disable HeadShake while flying in bad weather, for example.

  1. A single command is good to toggle all the effects.
  2. A command for each effect is a plus
  3. Some kind of feedback must be given to the user when the state changes (on/off)
