Combined the two parts, tracking and reading program, with multithreading. One thread for the reading app, one for the tracking app and a 3rd one for checking a scrolling flag on a continuous loop. They should close on clicking the X in the reading program or Esc while focussing on the tracking window. Also made a small design change to the reading app menu colour.
