Upgrade to dotnet 6 #24

It was not possible to find any compatible framework version
The framework 'Microsoft.NETCore.App', version '3.1.0' (x64) was not found.
  - The following frameworks were found:
      6.0.2 at [/usr/share/dotnet/shared/Microsoft.NETCore.App]

This issue would be fixed!

We have a new 2.0 package where MSGraph and .Net were updated. That should fix this issue.
