Fixes #3

Add gists.public and default to null
- To set persisted gists status, refactor MyGists::Refresh to refresh gists when at least one gists public is NULL
Add public, private and starred icons to gists listed in tags view
Memoize ProfileDecorator#github
After fetching gists, get each gists star status
When refreshing gists, set their star status
