added axes scales #33

Dear Uncertainpy developers,

I added the possibility to scale the axes since one might want to show results using for instance log format. What do you think about this possibility?

This is a good idea, thanks for the contribution! I will take a look, and also look into why the builds fail (which is not related to your PR).
