Keyboard shortcuts #12

Provide keyboard shortcuts to enable/disable redshift.

I know I could probably hack it together using dbus and a shell script, but it would be good to have it as an official option.

I tried setting a keyboard shortcut in the section of the settings but that doesn't do anything.

Please note that I have the redshift plasmoid in my bottom panel, not on the desktop.

Concrete use case is that I was watching a video full screen and wanted to temporarily disable redshift fromt here with the keyboard :smile:
