Running manual icon

How should we manage icons?

Should we use redshift default icons in order to let icons theme change the icons, or should we use a fixed set of icons packaged withing the redshift plasmoid?

If we use theme icons, the running manual icon is missing. How to deal with this?

• We can instead overlay a "pause" icon over the bulb icon, but also in this case we don't know how to match the theme.
• We can possibly choose an icon that is present in any theme, and use this as an overlay to mark the running manual status. Which icon should we choose?
