Currently, the views in a number of places are broken and need fixed

List of broken views

[ ] Create View
[ ] Delete View
[ ] Update View
[ ] Edit View
[ ] Chart View
[ ] Schedule View
[x] Plan View

Notice: There could be much more, suggestions, create README.md and explain in detail not to use currently.

Currently, the following has been fixed, but this is due to replacing SummerNote editor with core RichText editor;

Seems that most view issues are due to either no view entries in their controllers or no view files at all.

To keep everyone informed, I haven't forgotten about this module, we'll be going on an update spree this weekend for all of the missing view files and their actions.
