"corrupted" chunks and nbt overflows caused by ar #320

advanced rocketry's launch pad thingy seems to sometimes cause an nbt overflow rendering certain chunks as off limits kicking and permanently losing the player profile of anyone who enter those chunks

wanna know why i know its the launch pad? it was fixed as soon as i broke mine from right outside the "forbiden chunks"

nvm now there are even more "forbiden chunks" and they now encompass the entirety of my base if i wasnt slightly intelligent id actualy this was a curse or a virus or something

we have a problem with nbt tags too if you find anything i would like to know as well
