I just joined my game and I randomly see all the generators I've made randomly produce all kind of ores and blocks instead of just cobblestone, this breaks all of my machines, How Do I fix this?

Sounds like your cobblegenrandomizer config got reset. It should be config/cobblegenrandomizer-common.toml.
