Add few more options to template and config #35

Added the following options:

database.internal.annotations: Allows to define annotations for the service
database.internal.type: Allows to define the Service type defaults to ClusterIP
ingress.*.use_tls: Sets the Ingress to use the tls field with the hosts configured. TLS to be used it not implemented yet

Also fixed some values in the watcher-only template:

Fixed version from 1.5 to 0.1.6 to match the values.yaml
Added a ui.create: false to disable UI creation

Hi @kaplanelad, Recheking the commit I thought on adding a new level to database and redis internal configuration to isolate those configs, hopefuly making them more semantical.

I also added the information about them in the README as I forgot to do so previously, thanks for pointing it out!
