Update to v3.1.1 #10

This is still using v3.0.3, could you please update to 3.1.1?

I can see somebody updated already here, so you could simply merge it: https://github.com/Nemo64/bootstrap3-less

Consider writing some simple update.sh or grunt task?

The new bootstrap 3.1 requires less 1.4 and meteor ships with 1.3. The only problem I have found is the :extend() syntax which is new in 1.4 But that means my update does not compile so i haven't given a pull request yet ;)

Meteor 0.7.1.1 now has less 1.6.1
