new update.sh #26

It took me a while to see the issue #25 . I updated the update script to automatically replace .less with .import.less in files. Also it now moves folders too. This isn't heavily tested, as i have no app which uses this package right now but because the only difference are rights and some comments, it should work.

No worries, #25 isn't urgent. BS is going towards v4 next so might be it'll have a bit different files structure from v3.
