Add LifeCycleComponent to each component in order to dump the status of the component when the system is panic

All components now implement the core dump functionality.
Assigning it back To Raman to plugin the core dump directory paths from the xml 
configuration file.

Did we verify that the life cycle components dump content to disk? From my last 
discussion, they were not dumping although were getting invoked as part of 
shutdown.

I had an exception thrown in the buffer cache, and all the components dumped 
their states.
