Temporary dataset #738

It would be nice to have AsterixDB able to create temporary dataset for further 
consumption (as an example see workaround of issue #736)
It would allow dataset to be created and referred as an alias within the local 
session and not persisted in the catalog.

This has come up multiple times and it would be great to have something where 
we don't have concurrency/recovery/metadata overheads for temporary datasets - 
something much like temp tables in some commercial DBMSs.
