Update of resource links #31

Updated the resource links and made all pages under the archive match the rest of the website's theme. There are some broken email links in the "housing.html" and "printing.html" files due to "obscure.js" being missing. I left those in there just in case you guys have a plan to already fix it.

Sorry about the late comment, but this is looking pretty good. This is my fault I didn't think about it earlier, but I realized it might make more sense to have these linked to in Simmons-Website/residents.html rather than in a separate archives folder. Could you move the Room Assignment Policies page, the Lounge Policies page, and the Reservation Policies page to the main folder and delete the archives folder? I think the other pages in the archives folder are either elsewhere or outdated. Also, I get the feeling that those 3 pages are also outdated, so having a warning saying that they're outdated near the top of each page would be great.

If this is too much or you have other stuff to do, let me know. I can take over.
