When updating /docusarus it causes the /data-access project to build. #28

@gidich Not sure if this is still an issue, a docusaurus build was done today to update the Edit link, and no data-access build was triggered.

Let's keep an eye on it - maybe I just triggered something on the data-access side for some reason.
